All of the units at Caroline Chisholm Retirement Village are completely self-contained.

The Village provides a safe, secure and homely environment offering supported living accommodation in a wonderful location at an affordable price.

Caroline Chisholm Retirement Village is structured under Company Title. This means that residents purchasing a certain allotment of shares giving them ownership of a particular unit.

Three meals a day are provided, (breakfast is delivered to your unit daily); morning and afternoon tea in our community lounge rooms; and the weekly service of the unit including all bedroom and bathroom linen and the heavy cleaning of the unit.

Our Studio apartments, with bed-sitting room and en-suite bathroom, offer comfortable and affordable accommodation at a very low capital outlay. Our one bedroom units have a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
